Before I commit to a project, I make sure it will contribute to better outcomes for more patients. If it doesn’t, then we don’t move forward.

In my opinion, both the work culture and the work environment can be described as open, straightforward and transparent. From the very beginning, it was clear to me how accessible and cooperative all colleagues from all over the world are. This makes for a strong internal network.
The same applies to the doctors, who are very open to working with us. This is rooted in our willingness to work in partnership to develop customized projects that add value for their practices, for patients and for Merz.

When I wake up, the first thing I do is look at the sales figures. I also look at my calendar to see what kind of day lies ahead. Maybe there are only internal meetings or blocked time slots for preparing documents of any kind. But there may also be meetings scheduled with physicians. These are the ones that are usually very fruitful, as they allow you to get first-hand impressions of the market. Sometimes we discover unmet needs in the process and can initiate a potential joint project that establishes a new partnership or strengthens an existing one.
